It emphasizes the importance of values-based leadership, global collaboration, and the responsible use of emerging technologies to create a policing model that is ethical, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of communities and officers alike. The task calls for a rethinking of leadership strategies to ensure law enforcement remains effective, resilient, and prepared for the complexities of the future.
