IALG

The IALG is a senior international leadership programme aimed to develop senior leaders within law enforcement. During one year, police leaders gather in 3 seminars to work on a research assignment formulated by Pearls in Policing conference delegates. The IALG programme is based on action learning: research, work and learning at the same time.

The IALG programme facilitates the strategic, professional and personal development of selected senior officials of law enforcement organisations. They use future-oriented, innovative thinking to explore an emerging strategic issue relevant to the future of policing. Key compenent of the IALG programme are:
